I'm illustrating the absurdity of left woke politics and wondering how they subjectively choose what history to erase

They tore down statues of Grant and Frederick Douglass and vandalized Lincoln's statue. Weird people.

The Truman thing doesn't bother me... I don't actually think he likely wasn't truly KKK (or racist necessarily). In the exact same way that Columbus wasn't an evil tyrant.

But hundreds of years later... some dipchit liberal historian finds 1 account from Columbus' arch-rival enemy making asinine statements about him, and despite that shady account being the only account, that's enough for the crazy ****ing left to rewrite history and call everyone racists.

Same thing with the Redskins name - not a racist term but history rewritten by liberals decades and decades after the fact.
