(she has a Chinese mother and an American father, and was born in Thailand), so she is similar to Ted Cruz in the fact that she would also be a "natural born citizen" by definition and probably also be considered a "person of color" by most folks.

I think the favorite at the moment is Susan Rice, not Harris. There's almost no chance the veep is announced before August 1st, and probably not until August 15th.
