The immune system. I counter that with c and d, omega 3, raw garlic along with lemon water with a touch of honey and apple cider vinegar. Unfortunately I still smoke 1/4 pack of cigs as well. Haven’t been sick in 10 years, no smokers cough and barely any wrinkles...STILL getting hit on by the 20 and 30 something women.
