people in NYC fall into various camps that mean the virus is not a factor there anymore: (1) Had the virus and developed an antibody, (2) Had some sort of pre-virus immunity to the virus, (3) Benefit from the herd immunity of (1) and (2), and (4) Already died from the virus.

This all occurred despite govt shutdown orders. Those orders did nothing but crater the division of labor (i.e. the true social fabric of society).
