clean policing in this country is to have BHO, the greatest POTUS ever, assume the head of the Chicago PD. After he cleans it up and significantly reduces black murders he can move on to NY, LA, etc..He's a community organizer right, and the type of individual BLM has been screaming for to lead PDs...Heck have him start in Minny then move on the Chicago....Except, he cares less about blacks in the hood than I do...
