Every statue can be taken down. Every troubling team name changed. Every building facade spray painted with BLM. And guess what? Little will change.
Black children will still be born into single parent homes at a rate of nearly 80%. The value of education will still be lost on a huge number of those families. Black culture will continue to value messages and images that are contrary to success unless you are an artist of some type or an athlete.
It is all smoke and noise. These "wins" are like a tub of Cool Whip. Tastes great at first, gets old rather fast and does nothing to nourish or sustain you.
