1. He wasn't Hillary.
2. He had no government record to run on or hide. People said, what the hell, gove him a shot.

And he won because of relatively scant few votes in 3 states.

Trump now has a record, and it's not a good one. Biden is more likeable than Hillary; plus a lot of folks will vote against Trump just to get him out.

I'm no Biden fan, either. Yeah, I will vote for him, but that's not likely to matter much in Indiana. If Indiana is close, then Trump has lost big.
