are interested in damaging Trump's reelection prospects. You are assuming that this story is legit. The Times reporters have been used before to promote false narratives. I noted their complicity in the Russia collusion hoax above. You need to face the fact that there most likely are no sources for this reporting. The Times only cited one source, an anonymous source. If there was a source, he refused to go on record. That should tell you all you need to know regarding the reliability of the story.
