Be if the virus mutated and became much more deadly to younger demographics. The players are not only in a demographic where the mortality rate is almost zero they are also some of the healthiest people within that demographic. There will probably be something where players can opt out without losing a year of eligibility if they are not comfortable but it will get played imo
