The number you provide could only be true if they never had any money at all. One of the terrible results of siphoning off all the money to the top in our system is that executives and directors of all NFPs and foundations are VERY high. That includes the American Red Cross even. It is a sham perpetrated at the top for the top.
This applied as well to Biden Foundation. I know very little about that organization, I just know that levels at the top from the For Profit and Not-For-Profit worlds are through the roof.

Are you as concerned - DO TELL - that the Trump Foundation did little but pay the Trumps and cover the bills for Trump Companies. That huge painting of Donnie displayed at his club was paid for by donations people made to the Trump Foundation. But that doesn't seem to bother you.
