What do you do about games that are scheduled and then a bunch of players test positive and you have to cancel the game? I can see a scenario where the best players on a team test positive but are asymptomatic (as many people are) and a team plays them anyway in an effort to win...what a disaster that could end up being. People are all over the place with how seriously they take covid, I'm sure coaches aren't any different.
