Texas is and will remain open. They aren't changing anything. All they are doing is not opening more. They've had a couple of hotspots pop up so they are dealing with that.

It is very different than a total draconian shutdown you and your ilk promote. Grab your mask and stay in your basement if you're scared. But don't try to tell the rest of us what to do.
