constitution is that it does not reserve all powers therein, only then prescribing limited rights to the people, rights with numerous loopholes and conditions that make recension a normal, expected, every day occurrence of governance.
Given this unfortunate situation, full revocation and replacement is required so that 'the people' may become wards of the state, living and existing at the pleasure of the state, with all aspects of their lives under the protection of the state - and guided to the greatest good.
Only under a new constitution so oriented will it be possible to truly call this the UNITED states of america.
