A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
We all know what it is. It's very plain language says you can keep and you can bear your arms. No where in it does it say you can shoot or use them. So any law that restricts the USE of guns passes Constitutional muster.
Let's not read into the Constitution that which is not there. Damn, I'm more conservative than I thought.
