One is used in the context of an actual martial art fighting the flu in a marketing campaign to fight influenza. There's also no evidence that Obama ever personally used the term (although he is ultimately responsible in the 9overall scheme of things).

One is used neither in the context of a martial art, nor does it have anything to do with fighting influenza. It is simply used as a derisive a term meant to disparage Chinese people unnecessarily. There is video evidence of Trump using the term at a rally.
