But then again, you are not very familiar with the proper use of the English language and the definition of the word 'crime'
1) Driving drunk is a crime (See Georgia Law § 40-6-391)
2) Passing out/sleeping in a car with the engine on is a crime (See Georgia Law § 40-6-391)
3) Resisting arrest is a crime (See Georgia Law § 16-10-24)
