Let's try a thought experiment.
If the current civil unrest escalated to the point that the US government and all state and local governments collapsed, how do you think things would play out?
We would no longer have any functioning government. No government police, of course. But for the sake of discussion let's say that most people respected property rights established before the fall of the governments.
pickle - You would assert that no person would be subject to any new governments, HOAs, neighborhood associations or whatever unless and until they explicitly agreed to be subject to them, correct?
