out in favor of civil rights for AAs instead defends Jim Crow. Biden has no personal foundational belief in equal protection under the law. He will say anything and do whatever it takes to secure political power. In that clip Biden is demonstrating his allegiance to the Dixicrats, because he didn't need AA votes to remain in the Senate.
