So as a group white people avoid black communities and stores/restaurants/etc.

We think they hate us or worse want to hurt us and feel very uncomfortable going into places where we would be the minority so we don't.

I don't believe liberal government policies have helped not will help. But human nature attracts us to similar people and then we make it worse with our stories.
