And laws are not created equally as well, so when it comes time to determine who is lawless and who is not (or how laws are actually applied) it is not equal as well.
That further manifests itself out when you look at all the protests and demands. And then people call many of the protesters anarchist which could not be further from the truth, but they certainly expose the evil that government is and that is where they get their support from.
