Certainly that is the case in Georgia. It's too bad the democratically run election authorities in Atlanta don't know how to run elections. It's not much better than Miami-Dade in Florida.

Yes, the Secretary of State, coordinates elections for the states, but only in accumulating statewide results and providing training for local officials.

As usual, elections in places run by Democrats are screwed up. It's par for the course at this point. But suggesting that racism is involved is asinine.
