That's not how that would work....the private police force would quickly profile and target the bad seeds. In this day and age with technology and such it would be ultra easy. Once Identified and once they harass or threaten the legit consumers the private force could detain them and then feed them to the pigs.

A Fast efficient..way of cutting out the cancer.
