I didn't think she's saying that there's no racial bias, but rather that they are accentuating and exaggerating it.
It wouldn't surprise me if the organization(s) behind it are quite racist, or at least very elitist and attempting to aggravate the racial divide to use as a tool to get the power they crave.
re: would communists who want total police power call for the elimination of police? Yes, I think they would. Like the anarchists, they want the destruction of the existing government and that's a perfect way to get what they want. They are already weakening our governments and social order. Similar tactics were used in Germany before the Nazis came to power... and in communist countries before they were able to come out on top in the power struggles that ensue.
