they do you have to keep going or die. Of course you will try to swerve around people and not hit them. We know we will end up in jail for not stopping but to stop is to die.
She actually was able to drive on the grass shoulder during the Michael Brown protests on HWY 44 as it was just starting to assemble and she left work downtown when she heard about it happening and just beat the larger crowd
I hope the driver is not charged. Hardly a choice IMO, death or jail.
It should be a felony to stop traffic on a highway
