First let's pass 'super predator' legislation to get black males serving maximum sentences - thanks CLINTON!
Then let's create 'social programs' to replace the father and make the children into good little communists.
Finally, let's control the black population using Planned Parenthood, because we know our 'social programs' don't do a damn thing and blacks will remain poor and living in the harshest and most dangerous environments in the United States.
