... is the counterfeit money connection
In Jan, the northern border of Minnesota was caught transporting pallets of counterfeit $1 bills (very weird denomination considering the cost to just print it).
Floyd and Chauvin both worked at a nightclub. Cops often work 2nd jobs as security at these types of places.
Night clubs are also notorious for money laundering, because its a cash heavy business.
COVID restrictions shut this nightclub down
Floyd lost his job
Floyd is then caught using counterfeiter money to buy cigarettes a few weeks later
Chauvin shows up on the scene
Floyd ends up dead
Floyd can't talk now
