pressure and overcharge. The more serious charges have much higher bars of proof. If they stretch what should be a murder 3 charge to a murder 2 and fail the cops will walk and our nation will burn again.
If you have the temerity to suggest that this may not reach the level of murder 2 then you are shouted down as a racist. I'm just glad they did not cave to the pressure to charge murder 1 because I don't think there is any way to prove premeditation here.
Will this be the first case where the defense uses Covid as a mitigating factor?
