I don't necessarily disagree with the Court's rationale. I think EPA got rolled by Monsanto. However, I purchased by seed back in November, all of it Dicamba resistant varieties. I paid the premium and intend to use Dicamba regardless of the 9th Ct. ruling. Call it a FLM protest, farmer's lives matter.
