9th court of appeals cancels registration of three Dicamba

labels. The post emergent application season is just one to two weeks away. Over half of the U.S. soybean crop is in the ground and farmers have already settled on their herbicide programs.
"The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit—headquartered in San Francisco—said the EPA failed to acknowledge the risks—such as off-target dicamba damage—in its two-year 2018 conditional registration that covered the 2019 application season and was to cover the 2020 season."

I don't necessarily disagree with the Court's rationale. I think EPA got rolled by Monsanto. However, I purchased by seed back in November, all of it Dicamba resistant varieties. I paid the premium and intend to use Dicamba regardless of the 9th Ct. ruling. Call it a FLM protest, farmer's lives matter.
