Much of the footage I saw was live - coverage of peaceful marches with SOME instances of violence and looting, but they were isolated and seemed targeted for effect. This has been the only time I have seen looters that carry one item rather than taking as much as they could carry. That stood out to me. They were not looting for theft as much as for effect. My take. And again - there were hours and hours and days of peaceful marches. Look at '92 South LA or '65 Watts. Very little to no peaceful marching there.
