). Everything you've heard is a lie (good start), body cams don't work
). Better police training doesn't prevent anything
). States with more restrictive policies governing police use of force reduces use of force (OK?)
). Demilitarize; Montana (who the author points out is a "Red State" for whatever reason) has had success doing this through local policy
). End police unions (although the author didn't actually come out and say that, just suggested unions with worse contracts lead to less transparency)
). Predictive policing? Using data on use of force, misconduct, etc. can help identify if certain officers may do this next. That makes zero sense, since those complaints would have already named that specific officer.
). Invest in alternatives to police as crime prevention strategies (doesn't specify in tweet what those are, and I didn't click the link). Also no mention of encouraging citizens to arm themselves.
). Establish non-police alternatives to 911 calls. This is already happening nationwide, especially with mental health calls.
). Have the DOJ initiate more investigations of police departments. However, the author goes out of his way to specifically state "after the current President is voted out". That's odd, considering Trump was quick to have the DOJ investigate the Floyd case.
That's about it.
