They may play a role in the rioting but the biggest role are people who live in their respective cites and feel like they have nothing to lose by rioting. Looting and not looting have the same results and same lack of change so why not loot? I don't like the rioting either and despise the looting and violence but MLK was right about one thing: Rioting is the voice of the unheard. Every few years we are going to go through this again. As we have already.
