Does Biden have a pact with his media? Don't think

I've seen him in nearly a month. I assume the lib media, and his handlers, would all prefer that he never say a word in public during the campaign, since that could hardly win him more votes. I figure they're hoping that Trump will sink himself with HIS comments, as Biden hides his senility from the public.

Sounds like a good plan to me.
