as being part of is a culture of chaos and failure. Single-parent families are the majority, crime is far greater than in any other identifiable culture or group, poverty is rampant...if this is untrue, why the rioting? Why the constant pleas for reparations? Why the constant cries for equality and transfer payments? Hint: it's not due to racism and oppression..."black culture" will never thrive until its people start "doing better".
