There is no such thing in this day and age. There are no discriminatory practices within organizations both public and private, as long as you don't count affirmative action and/or diversity and inclusion policies as racist. However, individuals of all races hold biases against those unlike themselves, at least to some extent. I don't believe man's dictates can remedy what lurks in a person's heart. That's the Lord's business.
