Most of this isn't just about skin tone.
It isn't for a ton of folks. It starts with the very role of the po-po, the types of behavior folk like you love to call "crime". Drugs, headlights, registration - all #hit that poor folk struggle with and cops live in their kitchens harrassing the #hit out of them about it.
