2. 'Did you follow proper procedure in this instance.'

A: 'Yes.'

3. 'Did the defendant resist arrest?'

A: 'Yes.'

4. [three other officers] 'Did the defendant resist arrest?'

A: 'Yes.' A: 'Yes.' A: 'Yes.'

Your honor we have a case here where all four officers were attempting to take a violent, physically imposing suspect into custody that was resisting arrest. Proper procedures were followed and a health condition, unknown to the officers, created a tragedy.

Judge: 'Agreed. Innocent on all counts.'
