Given his record, why was that officer still on the force? Why didn't Amy Klobuchar go after him when she had the chance? Why didn't Minneapolis, with a local and state government strongly controled by dems, address having officers with such a horrific record on the force? Why is this anything more than a state issue and a failure on the part of state authorities to deal with the duties of their office?
