to simply say to the black community, "get past it." I get the frustration. I get the feeling they are targeted. At times it is warranted. Blacks commit more crime and will therefore indeed be targeted more. But there is no doubt for too many blacks they are simply targeted for being black.

The frustration is that until we truly have discussions about all the realities here, there is no real hope it gets better.
