Two crises have hit in his term. There was plenty of discussion early in the salad days of his admin when not too very much was going on and he could pass his tax cuts and ride the strong economy about what would happen, how he might handle it, when crisis struck. Crises typically strike or ensnare all admins back to Kennedy anyway.

Trump has failed twice. Like it or no - This is Trump's America. And again way over his head, he cowers in the White House.
