And you are continuing the lie that the FBI agents who interviewed flynn did not say flynn did not lie they said he did not give the appearance/mannerism that he was lying. But after reviewing the transcrips of Flynn's calls with the transcripts of Flynn's interview with the FBI agents it was clear Flynn lied to the FBI. He was just very good at lying/deceiving. It was almost like he had some military intelligence training.

These transcripts clearly show Flynn lied to the FBI which Flynn pled guilty twice in front of 2 different judges. He is guilty of lying to the FBI. No sping will change that. Barr's dirty DOJ henchman are not even arguing that Flynn did not lie to the FBI. What they are arguing to judge sullivan is that their was no predicate to investigate flynn at all. So their argument is even if Flynn lied it does not matter because there was no predicate to investigate. Well guess what, the bar to investigate is a low bar and all of the intercepts that Flynn kept showing up on were easily enough reason to investigate. Judge sullivan knows this and he knows Barr's DOJ henchman are corrupt so that is why Judge Sullivan opened up arguments for other parties.

This is to be continued but it is laughable that for years the talks were that Flynn was innocent were put to bed today. He clearly lied which is what he was charged with and pled guilty to.
