How bout ya cite some, I don't need details, just some examples.

He glosses over the entire question by refering you to several books to read, come on, at least provide some anecdotal evidence of a successful society with free market based laws and enforcement.
But one thing he is absolutaly correct about, "Governments have no interest in staying limited, when they can expand their power and wealth by instead increasing their power." Gov't turns into a monster that must feed on something, usually the free market.
