The gentleman was taken into custody for the charge of forgery (which is not the writing of a bad check). But that was the reason the man was handcuffed, put flat on the ground and suffocated as he begged for his life - AS the cop killing him also mocked him.

Rome burns when authorities take time do 'consider charges".
