As for the rest of your analysis, nonsense. Sullivan has no authority to investigate anyone. Nor can he question the motivation or judgement of the D.C. Appeals Court. Judge Sullivan has only himself to blame for his predicament. There is evidence Sullivan has been leaking to the WaPo and it is likely that after he is forced to end the Flynn case he will come under investigation by the DOJ, who does have authority to investigate malfeasance in the Courts.
