both on offense and defense.
Best in recent memory at Missouri was Geist. On defense if the man he was guarding pushed off Geist would throw his arms up to emphasize it.
On offense if he was dribbling and the opponent made contact he would throw his head back in an exaggerated way to draw attention to it.
What that does is put pressure on the official to call it.
