In return for Russian promises to refrain from instigating an election year crisis, Obama agreed to keep U.S. ICBM missile defenses from being deployed in Poland and other former 'Eastern Block' countries. Obama was certainly guilty of conspiracy to impede American anti-missile defenses in exchange for political favors from a strategic adversary. It may not fit the legal definition of treason, but it came darn close to it and much more serious that anything you TDS suffering progs ever accused Trump of.
