Because of his TDS, he believes the Fake News that HCQ is deadly. So he is wondering why Trump would take a deadly drug.
Cavuto is far too stupid to ever consider that he is just wrong on HCQ and Trump.
His brain can't reconcile his TDS with the reality of Trump taking HCQ. So we are going to see Cavuto just simply be stupefied and baffled.
