That type of thing undoubtedly inflates the asset bubbles.

It's pretty near impossible to separate out how much effect the different variables are having on the stock markets and other asset prices. There are a lot of moving parts.
The same was somewhat true of Obama's time. He came in after the housing bubble had popped and asset prices had deflated drastically. The massive inflation in the money supply undoubtedly played the biggest role by far in filling those bubbles back up &/or creating new ones. His heavy handed governmental policies, though, probably tended to be a drag on the economy. Extra regulations and governmental interventions in the economy are not good for the economy.
Obama was terrible in adding those extra governmental regulations and overall intrusions into our lives.
President Trump hasn't done as well in that regard as President Reagan did, but he has made some significant improvements in those areas. He's far and away better than Obama in those areas as in so many others.
