it was about six months after he sledge hammered the pipes at a hunting lodge he couldn't sell. We all got a good laugh that he denied denied denied that it was a sham.
He even went out of his way to spray paint expletives at himself on the hunting lodge walls. "***** Titties!"
I was shocked he was able to pull off the hunting lodge. From what I could tell there wasn't even a thorough investigation, despite the fact that it was public record that he had dropped the price on the place monthly for at least six months.
