a guy named Aaron Matte are my most trusted journalists. And they are rather socialist. More along the Communist/Bernie Sanders political persuasion.
Yet, I learn more indisputable facts from them, than from the MSM left or right.
I don't agree with their political opinions on policy. And I don't think they are flawless journalists either. Taibbi has especially had some rough regrettable opinions - but haven't we all?
The thing I have in common with Taibbi and Mate - we abhor government corruption, corporate corruption, wall street corruption. We believe in free countries with elections and peaceful transfers of power. We believe in peacefully having different political opinions, in fact, even recognizing there is no other alternative. Most of all, wee believe in the sanctity of civil liberties and undeniable rights to privacy, speech and presumption of innocence.
