He had 4 straight seasons of declining wins before we hired him away from Northern Iowa as a 32 year old, going 11-11 in his final year before becoming MU's coach. Then won 634 games at MU.

If he is the right guy he's the right guy. Hopefully you have an AD who knows what is the right guy.
